episode 7 highlights the courage it takes to seek help, the pain of emotional manipulation, and the importance of recognizing your own worth.
this episode follows characters as they take brave steps toward healing—whether walking into a crisis center or walking away from someone who doesn't value them. viewers witness the impact of manipulation in relationships and the strength it takes to set boundaries. facilitators are encouraged to use these moments to open conversations about mental health resources, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, and knowing when to ask for support.
