the halls is a web series created by start strong at the boston public health commission, division of violence prevention. this narrative series highlights real conversations and challenges faced by young people in boston.

episode 7 highlights the courage it takes to seek help, recognize emotional manipulation, and remember your own worth.

this episode follows characters as they take brave steps toward healing, from walking into a crisis center to walking away from someone who does not value them. viewers see how manipulation can show up in relationships and the strength it takes to set boundaries and ask for support.
